The New Zealand dairy „Synlait Milk“ processes about 300 million litres of milk to baby food and unskimmed milk powder yearly.
A CIP filter, which was ordered in the middle of last year and will increase the drying capacity, was put into operation by Intensiv-Filter.
The dust removal of the spray dryer is designed for a volume flow of 217,400 m3/h with 83 °C. The filter is equipped with 6-m-long filter bags.
