New Zealand dominates the worldwide dairy market. In the Waikato innovation park, in Hamilton, New Zealand, a spray dryer is put into operation for product development purposes. This will give the opportunity to the dairy associations to research and develop high-quality products. The dust removal of the „testing spray dryer” is carried out by a CIP filter (cleaning in place) from Intensiv-Filter Himenviro. The filter for a volume flow of 18,000 m³/h, with 6 m long filter bags and a temperature of 80 °C was already lifted into the research building. Commissioning is in May, 2012
